Warranties/Guarantees
New/Used/Refurbished Computers
Warranties on new, used, or refurbished machines, including, but not limited to, laptops, notebooks, netbooks, tablet PC's,
desktops, pocket PC's, and custom computer mods will be issued per sale, and will be stated on your invoice. Warranties cover
HARDWARE ONLY, against hardware defects or compatibility issues with the operating system included in each sale. Operating
system corruption, errors, compatibility issues with new hardware or software may not be covered unless otherwise noted by our
technician.
Hardware
Used hardware, which includes; Hard drives (internal, external), motherboards, CPU's, optical drives, fans, cases,
pci (-e) or agp cards, or cables will not be covered by any warranter. Refurbished hardware will be covered for 1
week or more, depending on the type of hardware. New hardware will be covered for 30 days against defect. If
defect occurs, hardware will be replaced at no additional charge by your technician.
Software/Operating System Installation and Upgrade
New Operating system installations will be warranted for 14 days, Protecting only against incompatibility of
installed hardware and driver issues. Other new software installation, including software included with digital
devices such as cameras, phones, etc will not be warranted.
Virus/malware/bug/hijackers and other Malware removal
We will always work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with our work. If you ever have a question or concerns
over a service, our customer satisfaction team is ready to make sure you are happy with your service. Please
understand the volatile nature of computers, and that some problems can be recurring but not necessarily due to
poor service on our part. For example, some computers are reinfected with the same virus or spyware after a
user repeats the same actions that got the system infected in the first place. Since this is out of our control, and
have no way of monitoring what you do, or where you surf online, if you are infected again, we will help you
backtrack what you have done before the infection and try to eliminate future infections. If you have service
performed and are not happy with the results we will work with you to complete the job to your satisfaction.
